Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

  • The Gift Cards needs to be activated with Card Number & Pin details emailed before use in AB's outlets.
  • Redeem the Gift Voucher balance using the registered mobile number with OTP verification in AB's outlets.
  • The Gift E-Voucher can be used for making payments at AB's Dine-In Outlets across India
  • The validity period on the Gift Vouchers is for 365 days from the date of its issuance or depends on the condition of the purchase.
  • Partial redemption of the E-GV is possible and can be redeemed multiple times till the balance is exhausted
  • In case your purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Vouchers, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid using the other modes of payments.
  • No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Electronic Gift Vouchers.
  • This Voucher should be treated like cash. Electronic Gift Vouchers can't be replaced or duplicated, if lost or stolen.
  • This E-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No returns/refunds will be given against the voucher
  • Absolute Barbecues reserves the right to change the 'Terms & Conditions' at any time without prior information
  • Any dispute should be referred to Absolute Barbecues (company) and the decision of the company shall be final.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Hyderabad, India.
  • E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
  • No returns and no refunds on gift cards and vouchers sold through third party partners

  • The guest should show Meal Vouchers to the restaurant concierge, at the time of entry.
  • The guest is advised to retain the Voucher details safely and share the code responsibly.
  • Prior booking through AB's App/Website is required for a hassle-free experience.
  • The bearer of the voucher shall be considered as the owner of the voucher.
  • The Meal Voucher code is valid for one time redemption only. Any voucher code which is found redeemed will not be accepted.
  • Absolute Barbecues Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the voucher in case of any dispute.
  • The restaurant reserves Right to Admission.
  • Government Taxes and Services Charge as applicable.
  • Meal Voucher to be settled in full amount. No refund of balance.
  • MEAL VOUCHER CANNOT BE USED IN PARTS
  • Guest is requested to make alternate bookings in case if any unexpected events such as Govt. restrictions etc.
  • One round of complimentary drinks (selected) offer is applicable for Lunch Monday to Saturday.
