Back in 2013, Prosenjit Roy Choudhary founded Absolute Barbecues Private Limited, with a vision to bring interactive dining to food enthusiasts. The idea was simple yet groundbreaking—why settle for a fixed menu when you can create your own dish? With this thought, AB’s launched its first Wish Grill restaurant in Jubilee Hills, a place where guests could experiment with flavors, mix and match ingredients, and have their “wishes” grilled right before their eyes. We started with just one outlet and have now grown into 49 outlets across 16 cities in India, and we’ve even taken the magic of grilling beyond borders with outlets in Dubai and Qatar!
Since then, the Wish Grill experience has become a signature highlight at AB’s, offering a live, interactive grill station where guests can personalize their plates.
